There are some really impressive and fantastical environments in Firmament although it sometimes looks a little papery and stuck on. My biggest problem with the game is the gauntlet gun thing which really made it feel more like portal, which is fine, but what I've always liked about cyan's games is this semi-realism they have and the gauntlet seemed too sci-fi for me. I couldn't get that invested in the story, but I really loved wandering around these environments and you have to give them praise for how imaginative their artists are.
